So a whole month goes by, on the back of the previous slack month, with nary a post from me.
I won't bore you with the details except for this:
...booyah, fatpants, I finally made it to 220.
So that's 16lbs in 97 days, a little less than 14 weeks, a smidge over a pound a week which means that 215 by November 4th is maybe reachable. If I can maintain this level of weight loss to the end of the year that'll put me at about 205lbs, which is my lowest weight since 2004. Can you imagine the unbridled joy of it?
Sadly between now and the end of the year is my birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas. So if I manage to get to the end of the year at 220 I think I'll call it a success.
I'll write more things as they happen, hopefully before I turn 35.
Sorry this was so boring.
